Red Mountain Choir

This weekend we headed to Vegas to see the Red Mountain Choir perform “ Children of Eden.” It was a musical by the same guy that wrote Wicked. Rick’s mom, dad, and sister-in-law Tiffany were all in the choir. It was the first time I had been to a musical in concert, meaning they performed the entire show without the sets or costumes. Rick’s mom was in a smaller ensemble with her own head mic and everything. I must admit I was not expecting her group to come out with red feather boas and dance, but she did a great job and we really enjoyed it.

A big thanks to Jamie and Brandon for watching Wyatt and letting us go without him. The only child to attend was Tana, Darrin and Tiffany’s almost two year old. I was amazed at how well behaved she was during the three hour show; she was pretty tired at the end though.I guess there was one other baby there, check out Rick’s ‘little’ sister Nikki! She was there with her husband Zach and it was fun to see how big she has gotten. Five more week until little Lincoln is due, but I do not know where Nikki could put any more baby.
