Malibu

Have you ever just woken up in a bad mood? Maybe it is just me, but every now and then (Rick would probably say a little more frequently than that) I am just grouchy and Saturday was one of those days. I was in such a bad mood and poor Rick really knew how to handle me. He took us to Robek and then we drove to Malibu and walked up to the top of this cliff with some pretty amazing views. Despite me complaining about every little thing Rick kept being super sweet to me and even though he may not have known it then I really appreciated his patience with my bad attitude.

This is a really neat beach! It is just before Zuma beach on the PCH. It is called Point Doom and it is a nice little stroll to the top. On the drive we found another beach (I don’t know this one’s name) but there were about 15-20 kite boarders. Rick was in heaven and it was amazing to watch them, some were catching 30 ft. of air. I really hope Rick does not kill himself!

We ended up spending the whole day at the different beach along the coast line and on the way home Rick, again being super sweet even though I had been a pill, suggested we stop at The Counter. We had heard a lot about this place and I must say it was not overrated. It was really good! I think that Rick has learned the best way to deal with a grumpy Gina is to feed me.
