I know I am behind on blogging, I should blog on Vermont, our amazing trip to Disney World, Halloween, etc., but those will have to wait because this little guy had a birthday yesterday and is 1! We love having this little miracle baby in our family! It is fun to look back at the post from the day he was born.
Owen had a great day. Wyatt has been getting pretty excited for Owen's birthday. He decided he wanted to give Owen the Mickey Mouse airplane that he got when he was one that has been collecting dust in our basement. So Friday night Wyatt got to work cleaning it with Rick so it would be ready for Owen. Owen LOVES it!
We have some great friends in CT that came over for cake and ice cream, and helped us sing to him.
After the party we reenacted the cake eating part for Grandma and Grandpa on iChat. Owen was so funny with his cake. He was very laid back with the cake, but definitely went in face first.
He was happy after a great day, it may have had something to do with his new jammies from a little girl named Rose.
Owen is a great baby. Some of the things he can do at one are: clap, say "hi" and wave, say Dada (he is a Daddy's boy for sure), play buzz bot (a pointing game Grandma Cannon taught him in FL, Wyatt named it), and my favorite new thing is that he dances. If Owen hears music he is bouncing up and down or shaking his head, check out his dance moves.

Not to leave this guy out completely, here is Wyatt today all ready for his first primary program, he did a great job and really loved wearing his new "Henry jacket."

Owen is so big! We sure miss him! Glad he had a good day. And Wyatt's "henry jacket" is awesome! Mike and I were just talking about Henry last night.
It looks like Owen had a great 1st birthday. Boy this year has gone by fast! I can't believe he is one already. He is very adorable and has great dance moves! HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY OWEN!

Isaac has those dinosaur jammies too. You better believe he will be wearing them when we come next week for Thanksgiving! Can't wait!
