This is what Wyatt looks like most days now. He went to a birthday party where he got this cape and mask and he LOVES it!!!
Wyatt had a 12 hour bug where he was pretty sick (I blame it on his poor decision to lick a shopping cart at our local BJs the night before) and we had to take a picture of his "special bed." Every time he isn't feeling well he requests this set up: move the rug, lay down the blankets, Mickey Mouse, and his 'bowl' nearby.
This is how Wyatt kept himself entertained during General Conference.
One day when Rick came home for lunch he met us at the park for a picnic and chased the geese with Wyatt.
We went with our playgroup to the Scarecrow festival in Old Wethersfield.

Our local Fire Station had an open house last Friday night. Wyatt was in heaven. If you have been around Wyatt lately you know he is a little obsessed with fire, he is always asking where the fire alarms are, and he has to check that all the lights and the iron are off before he leave home- so our house won't catch on fire. He got to drive the truck and even turn the lights on and off. He practiced Stop, Drop, and Roll, he had particularly good form when he covered his face to protect it from the fire. Spraying the fire hose was definitely the highlight.
Waiting patiently for his turn with the hose.

On Saturday Wyatt and I ventured to the Southington Apple Harvest Festival while Rick studied. There were a lot of fun rides for Wyatt and some of the best apples treats I have ever had. I highly recommend frozen apple cider and the apple fritters we got were well worh the line that was two blocks long.

I want to come to Hartford and hang out with you guys--you have so much fun! And kids who love to dress up are the best kind of kids!!
I am going to have to work hard to mend my heart after seeing that picture of Wyatt in his special bed. That might be the saddest thing I've ever seen. I'm glad he got feeling better!!
That comment was from Joni by the way...
Im so excited to see new pics. We miss you:(
Janae, I like his bed and "bowl." You have to have the bowl! I hope he learns not to lick the shopping cart.
I'm glad you guys are so busy and happy!!! I love the costume and sick pics of Wyatt-they remind me of Lucas!! Wyatt is getting so grown up! I LOVE your cute belly!
Great descriptions of some great events.
I love how he still uses the baby blanket I made for him. :)
