We are so lucky to have so many amazing fathers in our family. It has been so fun to watch Rick over the last 14 months being a great dad. Wyatt has come to recognize the sound of our garage door opening and he heads to the door to wait for daddy to come home everyday.
I think it's the sweetest thing that Rick still goes in to Wyatt's room several times a night just to watch him sleep. It's a pretty common thing for me to wake up in the morning and find cereal bowls on Wyatt's dresser from Rick eating breakfast while looking at his little buddy. Another thing I love is that we still fight over who gets to go and get Wyatt up in the morning. I love that Rick is such an involved dad. Wyatt is so lucky to have a great dad, and I don't think any dad could be more proud of his little boy.
It's no wonder that Rick is a great dad, he has had some awesome examples to look up to. We have both been so blessed to grow up in homes with loving fathers who taught us the gospel and were always so supportive of us. We love our dads, grandpas, and great grandpas. Happy Father's Day!

Janae, you always create such heartwarming posts!!! I love to see the old pictures. I also love to see the cute pics of Rick and Wyatt together. It's still hard to picture all of our husbands as dads sometimes! Pretty amazing.

Rick you're a proud dad! I can't believe how big Wyatt is! Just so you all know, I got Settlers for my birthday so next time we all meat you're going down!
I love this page. Rick is such a good dad. We are so lucky to have friends like the both of you. Lets swim soon. She went in the salt water pool, and is ready for the real stuff now.
