Fall

I cannot believe it is already fall.  I am a person who counts down to big events (I cannot help it) and it is crazy to think we will only have one more fall here in Connecticut.  Rick and I were raking the last of our leave just yesterday and I couldn't help but think I will only have to bag the leaves from our backyard trees one more time, it is exciting and sad at the same time.  Here are some of our random pictures from this fall.

This one doesn't really have anything to do with fall, but this is what my boys look like most days after they have begged for their "banana juice."  Rick had a coworker tell him about some special drink he makes.  This one is made out of spinach, a banana, and orange juice.  This boys down the stuff.
Just like her brothers this sweet baby girl will fall asleep anywhere.
We had an apple picking/pumpkin patch playgroup.

Oh how we loved seeing Sara and Sophia, we love that even though they abandoned us for AZ they at least come back to visit.

The Shamos came and visited with us for a week and this is the only picture I have of their trip.  I really need to be better about pulling out the camera.  It was a nice visit where we were just able to sit back and relax a lot, until it ended with two ER visits in one day, one for a bad back, and one for Wyatt's arms.

One things I will definitely not miss about the fall here is the squirrels.  These critters are crazy.  We have always put pumpkins in our flower boxes in the fall, this year the squirrels ate them all, leaving no trace of 7 pumpkins.
