Clara is 1! In true third child style we didn't have a big celebration, instead we just had a quiet day at home.
Good morning birthday girl!
Getting some birthday love from Owen.
I thought she would be a big fan of cake....
but she was not.
Turns out it was just the candle and she fully enjoyed her cake,
even face first at times.
The effects of sugar on a 1 year old!
I know I always say this (and so does everyone else about their babies), but Clara is SOOOOO sweet. She loves everyone she meets, is so friendly, and really never cries. At one year old she is 20 lbs 8 oz and 29.25 in (I will admit I am only about 70% sure that is the right height.) No walking yet over here, but there is plenty of standing on her own and we are just fine with that. Perhaps the cutest thing is how she will grab her stuffed animals and give them kisses, she is definitely all girl. Happy birthday baby girl, we love you!
