Hartford: The land of day trips

While Hartford may not be the most happening place it is nestled right in the middle of many exciting day trips. Here are some of our day trips from the last couple weeks.

NEW YORK: Yankees Game

This picture reminds me of Wyatt at about this age in Dodger Stadium.
Wyatt actually liked to watching the game, the popcorn may have influenced that.
On the subway ride home.

BOSTON AREA

Rick's brother, Eric, was in town over the weekend. Rick and Eric spent Friday night on the town in NYC then on Saturday we all saw a little bit of Boston.

Lexington and Concord, Minute Man Park.
Sleepy Hollow Cemetary
These are the boys' scary faces. (?)

Wyatt filling up in Boston.
*This was at our house the weekend Eric was in town, I just thought it was really cute how tuckered out Owen was after a long, hard day at church.

SPRINGFIELD: The Big E

We went up to the Big E yesterday and it was pouring rain, but it made for a great day because it was empty and Wyatt took it upon himself attack every rain puddle and was in heaven. Owen loved his stroller cover and cried when I would take it off.
A Big E worker saw Wyatt and asked if he wanted to ride his ride even though we didn't have tickets, he hadn't had any customers all day. Wyatt stayed on these helicopters for 20 minutes.
The boys in front of Connecticut, don't they look excited to be there?
Big E cream puffs.
What is a fair without cows?
Maine baked potato
Grrrrrrrr!!!!

A yankees game? How fun! I love Wyatt's rain boots. He probably should've had those on at the tiny tri ha. Give those boys a hug for me.

I love all of the pictures. You guys seem to do a lot of fun things. I loved the picture of Owen at the game with his big grin and those two front teeth.

Wow, looking back at those Wyatt/Dodgers pictures is crazy! These little babies become big boys and girls so quickly. I love Wyatt's crab cake shirt, and I need to know where you got Owen's tie!

It was good to be out there with you guys! I wish there would have been more time. Thanks for the over-the-top hospitality. Wyatt, we've started praying in our family prayers that the fox won't get you too.
