Salt Lake City - June 2010

After visiting Boulder we headed up to Salt Lake City. Friday we visited with my Grandma Cannon and Aunt Nancy.
Then headed up to the Brighton Cabin. Here are Rick and Wyatt at the stream below the cabin.
We walked around Silver Lake.
Wyatt really enjoyed Grandpa's hat.

The next morning we went up to get a better view of the Lake. Rick and my Dad had a good time playing with the panoramic features on their cameras.

We came back from the cabin and the Browns came down to visit with us. Here are Chris and Greg meeting Owen and holding up the blanket I made for their new baby boy. This was my first attempt at quilting, I made it with a lot of help from my quilting instructor, Brooke. Nathan Grant Brown was born almost two weeks ago, we wish we could be there to meet him in person, but from all his pictures I can tell he is pretty cute.
This was Owen's favorite place to be while we were near Grandma.
Wyatt watched the first two Toy Story Movies with his cousins in preparation for seeing number 3 in the theater.
Everyone, except the Plasters : (, was around on Sunday and everyone enjoyed meeting and holding Owen.
All the Cannon grandchildren at the time, it is already outdated.
Every morning my Dad would wait for Wyatt to wake up and shave with him. Whenever we visit or they visit they do this together, Wyatt loves it. I remember when my dad used to let me shave him when I was a little girl and I loved it so I am glad Wyatt gets to have those same fun memories. Don't worry I asked them to have surprised faces for this picture nothing was really going wrong,
On Monday morning we saw Toy Story 3 together, an entire row full.
Then we came home and played in the pool.
At dinner Uncle Rick was so loved he was required to sit at the kiddie table.
Tuesday my Mom and I got our hair done and then we went up to Kayesville to see my sisters, Chris and Lisa. Owen was riding in style,
Once we got to the Halverson's Wyatt was too.
Owen loved the trampoline. There is a video at the end.
On Wednesday morning we headed back to CT. Needless to say the boys were pretty tired, it was a great trip! More pictures here.
