My Parents came to CT, Halloween, and I turned 27

So I have to keep pushing through everything I am behind on because the house is relatively done and I am ready to post all the finished rooms and our great Thanksgiving weekend. But before that there are 3 note worthy events I should mention. My parents came out to CT for Halloween and my birthday. It was so nice to have them around and just spend time together. They brought with them Rick's Dental School diploma, it was so weird to look at that, it was only 5 months ago, but it seems so much longer than that. We did get to see downtown West Hartford, the library, and the Noah Webster House. We also had the first meal prepared and consumed in our new kitchen. We did carve pumpkins and go trick or treating for Halloween. Wyatt was a monkey, but was mistaken for a bear most of the time. Most of our time was spent at the house. My parents helped me paint the ENTIRE kitchen, it only took 2-14 hour days of the three of us working full time and it was the best birthday present ever. Thank you, Thank you!

I did turn 27 (I must be getting old because I had to do some quick math to make sure that was really how old I turned.) Bad picture I know, just realize we had been working all day, but here I am at a glorious 27! Thanks for coming out Mom and Dad, we miss you, come back soon.
