Our Lucky St. Patrick's Day!

So we had a great St. Patrick's Day! It started with a few 'lasts' we had here in LA. The first 'last' was one we thought we had had the night before, but we had a 6am AC call that I got to go on, hooray for never having to be on primary duty ever again! Rick then had two 'lasts'. He took his last two dental school finals. He will have no classes next quarter so he is done with all his course work and it is just treating patients from now on. The day kept getting better. I was able to talk with Amy (who has been the biggest help ever) about our upcoming move to CT and for the first time I am really starting to get excited!! Then Wyatt had a great day because it was his first completely accident free potty training day! He took a nap went to a friends, the beach, target, McDonald's and we had success all day! Maybe the best news of the day came when we got the mail. Rick's Dental Boards Part II score came. We were a little anxious, he wasn't sure he had passed since he took it in a rush, but not only did he pass he got a 90!!! We celebrated by going to the beach to watch the sunset and then to McDonald's for some Shamrock Shakes! It was a great day and really what we needed right now, we have been feeling a LOT of stress about what we need to get done in the next few months and it was nice to have a day where everything really seemed to go our way. Hooray for the Luck of the Irish!!

The pictures are of Wyatt's playgroup in the morning, I forgot the camera when we went to the beach, oops.

I would think that you have many more "firsts" then "lasts." It is great that you will always be able to remember St. Patrick's day with such positive memories.
