Catching Up

So we have been away a lot this last month so now it is catch up time. In early September after finishing all of Rick's applications we headed to Boulder City. Wyatt is always a really good traveler. This time he spent most of the drive reading his library books.

Of course we spent a large portion of our time on the Lake.Wyatt had a great time driving the boat with Rick and he even got in the the water and loved jumping off the swim step to Rick. We have video but I know if I wait until I edit it I never catch up on blogging.Rick and I both tried out the surf board behind the new boat. Rick and his brothers were surfing in pitch black (very illegal please don't report us). It was pretty scary they had to hold the white board way out of the water so we could even find them after they fell. Here is Rick just chillin' with all his brother.Here is Wyatt hanging out with his cousin Tana.We did do other things beside hang out on the boat. Rick's parent had a tug boat that they filled up in the backyard and Wyatt had a great time cooling off in it. We also headed down to a park by the Lake where there are tons of big horn sheep just wandering around. Rick had to get out of the car and scare them away a little before I would get out with Wyatt. It was so crazy these were really big animals and really close, NO FENCES!
