Graduation!!!!!

Rick did Graduate (almost a month ago). It was such a great moment. I didn't think it would be as emotional as it was for me. We were so lucky to be surrounded by so much of our family. I know it really meant a lot to Rick that everyone took the time to come.

This is the actual moment Rick was officially 'hooded'. Not that great of a picture, but of well.

Rick with almost all of the LDS guys in his class.

The is the only picture of our family, I am hoping Rick's brother, Eric got a better shot.

The Shamos that came.

Proud Parents.

This is my favorite, this is Rick's Grandma, he was SOOO happy she made it.

The Cannons that came.

It is really weird to think of Rick as a doctor. Last week our realtor introduced us as Dr. and Mrs. Shamo to her daughter; I almost looked around to see who she was talking about. I guess he has earned it. I am so proud of Rick for all he has accomplished over the last 4 years. One of my favorite things about Rick is that he truly loves to learn. He worked so hard in dental school and Wyatt and I am grateful for all he is doing for our family.

Hey Rick and Janae,

Clint here,
Janae, I couldn't have said it better myself in that Rick is someone who truly loves learning. He has always been willing to help others, and he will do great with his continued training.

Hope your guys are doing well, will keep in touch and we look forward to seeing you when you make your way back to Las Vegas.

Congratulations. That is so great that both of your families came out to support Rick. It is crazy to have a husband that is a "Doctor." I guess John is one too, but that doesn't seem right.

Richard! You are the man!!! And the thing about it is that you aren't some geeky doctor. You're a cool guy that can do back flips on the wakeboard and a doctor. Does it get any better? Don't think so. Miss you guys!

Those are great pics. We already miss you so much. I almost asked JT if we were going over for dinner or something. I stopped another crying session by not reminding him!

Congratulations, Rick! Such a great accomplishment! Good luck on your next bout of education!

Clint's still a little weirded out by the "doctor" thing too!!!
